Be A Mouna Yogi Meditation

Be a mouna yogi, someone who has withdrawn from verbal communication, who has attained stillness within, no thoughts, no patterns, no conditioning, no beliefs that could possibly be of any disturbance to the peace of the mind. The more these are removed, more and more inner stillness spreads. Inner stillness, peace, shanta comes from practices of non-violence, no anger, no frustrations, no hatred, and slowly becomes bliss, your true nature.

  • Meditate on the image with open eyes
  • Take the stillness of the lake inside
  • Close your eyes and nourish yourself, sooth your nerves, reduce stress
  • Observe the mind how thoughts gradually lessen, and simply be
  • Continue this meditation for 21 minutes
  • Slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath, give yourself a smile… yay you did it!

Continue this practice for the next 21 days or as long as you wish and feel the difference in your inner space.
